NEAR was one of the first US users of the Total Airspace and Airport Modeler (TAAM). Our associates are amongst the highest qualified users of TAAM in the world and train up to 24 students annually in the use of TAAM for airport and en-route airspace modeling. Working alone or in association with Preston Aviation Solutions and other consulting firms, NEAR has carried out many projects for the FAA, various airports and airline services.

Students trained by NEAR's TAAM staff are highly sought after simulation specialists and are often recruited by airlines, consulting companies and government organizations to perform simulation work after their departure from NEAR and ERAU.
